The House of Amos is funded entirely by donations from caring individuals, community-minded businesses, and gift and grants from charitable foundations. We are a private, non-profit organization which receives no funding from the government. We rely on the generosity of the community we serve to support us and the many services we provide. We are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and your donation is tax deductible.
To Donate to the House of Amos:

- Use your KrogerPlus Card:
You can help the House of Amos raise funds each time you use your KrogerPlus Card, and it won't cost you a cent. Every time you shop at Kroger and use your enrolled KrogerPlus Card, Kroger will contribute a percentage of your eligible purchases to the Kroger Neighbor to Neighbor Donation Fund. The Kroger Neighbor to Neighbor Donation Program will donate $1 million annually. The House of Amos will earn a percentage of the $1 million equal to the percentage of total earned contributions attributable to it. Here's how it works:
- Print out and take this letter with you to your neighborhood Kroger store the next time you go shopping.
- Present the letter with includes the House of Amos' barcode to your cashier upon checkout. After they have scanned your KrogerPlus Card you will be enrolled for the current year of the Kroger Neighbor to Neighbor Donation Program. Every time you shop at Kroger and use your enrolled KrogerPlus Card, Kroger will contribute a percentage of your eligible purchases to the Kroger Neighbor to Neighbor Donation fund.
- Use your Randall's Remarkable Card:
You can help the House of Amos raise funds each time you use your Randall's Remarkable Card, and it won't cost you a cent. As part of their Good Neighbor Program, Randalls will donate 1% of the total price of your groceries to the House of Amos each time you shop. All you need to do is link your Remarkable Card to the House of Amos. Here's how it works:
- Pick up a Good Neighbor Program brochure available at any Randall's Courtesy Booth and complete the application. You will need to provide the House of Amos' charity number which is 3207. This will link your Remarkable Card to the House of Amos.
- When you are checking out at the register, ask the cashier to scan your card before your items are scanned. Every time you buy groceries and use your card, Randall's will donate 1% of your total purchases directly to the House of Amos.
