Enrollment in House of Amos' literacy classes broke all previous records in 2010. A total of 389 students enrolled in classes which included English as a Second Language (ESL), Citizenship, and Computer Training.  Demand for classes has been steadily increasing over the last few years, and the House of Amos is struggling to keep up with the demand. Volunteer ESL Instructor/Board Member, Rob Alvarado, pauses for a group picture during class. Please consider volunteering to teach a class or tutor students. If you are interested, contact Jill Kaeser, Literacy Director, at 832-328-0696.
